If you haven't heard the fabulous Balmain has entered the world of handbags. Here is the first look at some of their handbag line...what do you think? Worth upwards of $1,900? Hmmmm, I'm thinking I could stop in my local H&M and find something very very similar for about $20!

Yay or Nay?
Don't get me wrong, style changes with the season...but I'm not a fan of certain very dated styles coming back with a season. Enter these Velvet leggings by Alice & Olivia....yes, I said velvet...leggings...velvet leggings!!! Oh god, it is causing me to have flashbacks to all those childhood holiday party dresses made of dark velvet and lacey collars, I was forced to wear. Bottom line, I do not think this is a cute look, especially for adults! Even if the concept is updated to leggings...it still comes off dated to me. Not a fan. Are you?

Halloween Look!
So, I promised photos of my Halloween ensemble and I am making good on that promise! I set some time aside to shoot photos before I left the house this weekend and oh, how I enjoyed being dolled up with that Old Hollywood glamour! If only I could do it everyday!

Halloween Weekend!
Over the past few years, I haven't really been into the dress up for Halloween thing, but because of a few friends giving "No Costume, No Service" sort of parties, I had to make it happen. Not wanting to spend any money on something I'd wear a couple times and never again, I decided I was going to pull something together from things I already own. And my goal...Old Hollywood Starlet! Are you surprised? I'm not! As much as I'd rather just stay home and go this route....

Since I would be going out, I had to go with Old Hollywood red-carpet. Complete with my own personal Old Hollywood Paparazzi trailing me with flashbulbs going off! I've decided not to focus on one specific starlet, and instead go for the general glamorous starlet look....it has become a bit Louise Brooks (because of my short dark bob) meets Marilyn Monroe meets Audrey Hepburn. While strolling through Nordstroms last week, my eye caught these Kors by Michael Kors patent wedges with zipper detailing. I hadn't planned on any major purchases that day, so $250 was a bit much to drop on a random purchase, but they keep creeping back into my mind. What do you think?

All You Need!
I'm not going to lie, I have a full full FULL day today and anticipate not a minute to spare towards looking for new lust-worthy items, so I just have a lust-worthy shop to share with you....you know them, you love them, and I have mentioned Conroy & Wilcox many a time before. The Perfect Ring!
So, I found it! The perfect ring! For ummm...myself. Is it completely ridiculous to buy your own engagement ring and just save it until someone proposes? Can't I just run and get it when they get down on one knee, "Here ya go, use this!"....no? There are a lot....A LOT of rings and things I like and even claim to love, but when I laid my eyes on this, I knew it was the perfect ring for me! I kid you not, THE PERFECT RING! I feel so torn, I need to this to be mine one day.
